1) Please submit an offical transcript of your grades to date and your SAT, ACT, and/or standardized test scores.

2) Please list all specialized recognitions including honors, awards, and community service on a separate sheet of paper.

3) Please submit two (2) letters of recommendation, one from your school and one from a non-relative member of the Prospect community.

4) Please write a one-page essay on one of the following topics: (See attached bibliography)

a) Why do you think Prospect is the Best Little Town in Connecticut?

b) A living history of an elder Prospect resident whom you interviewed.

c) A brief history of the town of Prospect.
